My Journey to Serving Mothers
My passion for supporting moms began with my own journey into motherhood. My son was born prematurely at 32 weeks, an experience that was both challenging and transformative. In the early postpartum period, I was depleted and faced unexpected struggles, which led me to seek support and begin my perinatal training. By the time I was pregnant with my second child, I had learned so much, and this next chapter was a beautiful, connected journey. I prepared my mind, body, and spirit, and it was an incredible experience, with an easy labor and deliveryā€”free from discomfort. However, physically, I encountered challengesā€”a lingering diastasis, prolapse, and leaking. Once again, I found myself on a path of healing, learning, and seeking deeper understanding.
What I Discovered Along the Way
Through these experiences, I realized that much of my journey could have been impacted through earlier preparation. We have the power to make an impact on our perinatal experience by starting upstream, with conscious choices in preconception and pregnancy to support vitality. When we cultivate positive lifestyle habits, engage in mindful practices, and connect deeply with ourselves, we support our own well-being and the health and development of our babies. With preparation, knowledge, and simple, effective practices, thriving becomes not just possible, but natural.

My journey has led me here, and Iā€™m grateful to offer guidance, resources, and community to help you thrive in the sacred experience of motherhood.
